As Canada's largest youth shelter, Covenant House Toronto opens doors of opportunity and hope to homeless youth.
More than a place to stay, we provide 24/7 crisis care and have the widest range of services under one roof, including education, counselling, health care and employment assistance. Covenant House has helped thousands of young people move from a life on the street to a life with a future.
To do all this, we rely on donors for 80 percent of our $18.5-million annual operating budget.
On average about 4,000 young people turn to us annually. Our doors are open to youth 16 to 24 regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or the circumstances that have brought them to our threshold.
